Let's Have a Conversation

Let's Have a Conversation Safer Gloucester is hosting a get together at the Gloucester Guildhall on Wednesday 16th December at 6pm to ask the question "How can we create a Gloucester where everyone feels safe?"

The event follows the recent community meeting held by Increase the Peace which highlighted that no one single agency or group of people can resolve issues that might make people feel unsafe. Attendees were concerned that some people felt the need to carry knives or weapons.

Sharing views about what good things are happening in Gloucester and what can be done to have more of those, we want to look at how we can give people the confidence to leave those weapons behind.

Anyone whose life is affected by knives or weapons, or who would like to work with others to address the problem, is warmly invited to be part of the community conversation on 16th December.

In order to plan for the event, please let us know if you are planning to attend - telephone 01452 396984 or email cdpartnership@gloucester.gov.uk
